010825 (SSRN) Former Navarre High teacher and NJROTC instructor John Kapolcynski has been sentenced to three years in state prison followed by four years of sex offender probation for charges related to obscene messaging and sexting with an underage female student. Kapolcynski allegedly touched the student in a school room closet.
