Ashlee Hofberger is now officially the Escambia County District 4 Commissioner. She was sworn in by a circuit court judge at this morning's Escambia County Commission meeting. Following her oath of office Hofberger was presented with her commission by Clerk of Court and Comptroller Pam Childers. Hofberger was appointed by Governor DeSantis earlier this month -- she'll remain in the seat until November 18th, when whoever wins the seat in the November election will take the next term. The Commissoner's
first order of business was to approve Hofbergers appointments for the Disability Awareness and Marine Advisory committees.
