Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Pensacola police say they are investigating the death of a homeless person that was found on Wednesday morning near the Loaves and Fishes soup kitchen. According to the PNJ, the person was discovered on East Lee Street. PPD says they do not believe foul play is involved. This comes after temperatures dropped to below 30 degrees overnight. PPD says homeless individuals are offered rides to local shelters when temps dip down this low, but sometimes they refuse the offer. There's no word on whether the person that died was offered a ride to a shelter or a blanket.
