House Ethics Committee to Release Gaetz Report

(Washington, DC) -- In a reversal, a House Ethics Committee report on former Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz [[ gates ]] will reportedly be released soon. Reports say the committee secretly voted earlier this month to release the report. Gaetz has faced allegations of sexual misconduct and drug use. Republicans had sought to block the release of the report after Gaetz stepped down when he was named as President-elect Trump's pick for attorney general. Gaetz eventually withdrew his name from consideration for the position.
