021925 (News Radio 923) The Immigrations and Customs Enforcement program, ICE, is training local law enforcement to remove incarcerated non-US citizens. Santa Rosa Sheriff Bob Johnson said if you come into the country illegally, you are an illegal alien, and you will be arrested. ICE's program requires four weeks of training. Sheriff Johnson has 15 of his deputies enrolled. Florida led all states with 48 local offices and departments signed up for the training.
