Legendary Stunt Pilot Rob Holland Dies in Virginia Plane Crash

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A legendary stunt pilot lost his life in Langley, Virginia Thursday. Rob Holland entertained Pensacola air show fans for years. He was a crowd favorite in Pensacola, he flew his experimental MXS-RH aircarft a number of times at the Pensacola Beach Airshow and Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow. Holland was killed when his stunt plane crashed as he was landing at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. This was just ahead of an airshow scheduled there this weekend.
