Pensacola FL (NewsRadio 92-3) Changes could be coming to ease flooding in Escambia County. The county commission met yesterday to discuss requiring residential properties to have larger retention ponds. Opponents spoke out. One developer told commissioners larger ponds would mean smaller subdivisions and cost increases across the board. The commission voted to discuss the issue again this summer.
