011025 (WEAR) Grover's Fings and Wing requested the Santa Rosa County Zoning Board to approve a rezoning request for their property on Quintette Road. That property is currently zoned as residential. Board members voted no to grant the request to rezone the property. Thursday's vote was just for the board's recommendation. Now, the decision is in the hands of the county commissioners who are set to vote on the rezoning request on January 23, 2025.
