School Lockdown at Pine Forest High Following Social Media Threat, Students Bypassing Security

PINE FOREST ON LOCKDOWN AFTER SOCIAL MEDIA THREAT, STUDENTS BYPASSING SECURITY

There was a security scare at Pine Forest High today. Two incidents combined into a lockdown at the school. Officials say a social media threat was made against the school -- and then five students bypassed security and entered the school. That caused the school to go into lockdown out of an abundance of caution. The five students that skipped the security checkpoint have been found and an investigation is underway. The school says normal operations will resume shortly.
