Several Offers on Table for OLF 8 Property

Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- There are now three offers on the table for the OLF 8 property on Nine Mile Road. Beaulah Ranch LLC submitted a $30-million dollar offer, Beulah Town Center LLC submitted a 42.5 million dollar offer, and Tri-W Associates has offered to buy an option to purchase the acreage for 40-million. The three offers will be discussed next week when the Escambia Board of Commissioners have a Committee of the Whole Workshop.
