TEENS CHARGED IN ANTI-SEMITIC VANDALSIM EXPECTED TO AVOID TRIAL

Three teenagers charged in a series of anti-Semitic vandalism incidents around downtown Pensacola are expected to reach plea deals. That's according to the attorney for 19-year-old Kessler Ferry, 17-year-old Nicholas Ferry, and 17-year-old Waylon Fowler. He tells the PNJ that a date hasn't been set, but with the plea deals the three teens would avoid a trial. PPD arrested them, along with a fourth juvenile, last summer following incidents of vandalism and graffiti and locations including Temple Beth El, the Chabad Jewish Center, and the Pensacola Liberation Center.
