Two Dead After Overnight Accident

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Two people are dead after a fatal accident in downtown Pensacola overnight. The vehicle was reportedly attempting to elude a Pensacola police officer. Spokesman Mike Wood tells the officer officer had made a U-turn and was attempting to catch up to the vehicle when the driver sped up and then crashed into a pole at Pace and Ramana.. One occupant of the vehicle died at the scene, the other died shortly after at the hospital.
