VICTIM IDENTIFIED IN MUGS AND JUGS FATAL SHOOTING OVERNIGHT

There was another violent incident at the Mugs & Jugs bar on Scenic Highway. Escambia County deputies say a woman was shot to death at the bar about 1 o'clock this morning. The victim, identified by family and friends on social media, was 25-year-old Tierra Binion, who was reportedly shot between 6 and 7 times. Deputies say 25-year-old Christian Ketchup will be charged for the murder. It's the second violent incident at the bar this week. There was a stabbing reported over the weekend. In that incident, one man was taken to the hospital, but investigators later said he was believed to be the aggressor, and no charges were filed in the case. Binion was the mother of twins. A balloon release is planned for 7 pm tonight at Blue Wahoo Stadium.
